1. Photos and Videos Sent by Customers
Customers may send photos or videos to help us understand:

- Cleaning requirements
- Stains, odours, or damage
- Mattress, carpet, or upholstery condition
- Access points
- Areas needing special attention
We use this information to prepare quotes, plan the work, and support service delivery.
2. Photos Taken by Our Team
Our team may take reasonable photos before, during, or after a service for:
- Service confirmation

- Customer updates
- Before-and-after records
- Complaint review

- Commercial contract reporting
We will not publish customer property photos publicly for marketing without permission.
3. Access Information
Customers may provide access information such as:
- Keys
- Lockbox codes
- Concierge instructions
- Alarm codes
- Parking details
- Building entry information
- Lift or loading access
- Contact person details
Customers are responsible for ensuring access information is accurate and current.
4. Keyholding
Where keyholding or regular access is required for recurring clients, separate arrangements may be agreed in writing.
The Clean Bridge will aim to handle keys and access information responsibly, but customers should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive access information.
5. Confidentiality
We respect customer privacy and property confidentiality.
Our team should not disclose private property information, customer details, access codes, or property photos except where needed to deliver services, support operations, or comply with legal obligations.
